My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and a good size, equipped with all the essential facilities. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and polite. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation. On the downside, the dining experience was ordinary, and the hotel lacked some expected luxury features.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Tuyap Fair and Congress Center, offering a good breakfast and modern amenities, which were greatly appreciated. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, particularly Mr Mostafa at reception and Miss Hellal at the bar. The dining experience offered a mix of Turkish and western cuisine, but could be improved in terms of variety. The facilities were well-equipped and satisfactory overall.
